High card: The best possible spread with out actually making a certified hand, example shows the best possible.
Royal Flush: A relative Beast of a hand, a straight from a ten to an ace and all five cards suited to boot.
Straight Flush: Second only to a royal flush. Strenth is relative to the top end cards value, ex to an eight
Four of a kind: Four cards of the same suit, once again the higher the quads the better the hand rank.
Full House: Trips and a Pair makes a full house or a Boat. The strongest possible boat is shown here.
Flush: Any five of the same suit makes a flush. A flushes power is determined by its top kicker, from ace down.
Straight: A run of five cards makes a straight, as with flushes, the higher the top end card the more powerful
Three of a kind: Or trips, the higher the trips the more poweful & if two people share the same set then kickers play.
Two pair: as with all other hands depends upon the power of the top end, ex. A-A-2-2 beats K-K-Q-Q.
A pair, the lowest of all made hands, if one could call them made. Pairs are powered by their card rank, A-down.
